Hi all, I have noticed that we have a shortage of people almost every 25 man raid night. We are doing a decent job of bringing new talent in and that's great but I thought we could do a bit more to develop people we already have.
There are at least 3 or 4 toons that are 80, and available sometimes but just don't have the gear or haven't gotten with their class leader to get set up correctly for raiding.
I was thinking of doing on non-raid nights, gearing runs. I mentioned in Guild chat that next Mon, Wed, Fri I would make George available for that and Booty may be available to help too. Hopefully we can get these folks familiar with their class lead and also get them some much needed gear. Please consider helping ready these toons so as to help fill our raids going forward.
They'll need advice on Gems Stat preference Spec Enchants Inscriptions Rotations All the stuff Class leads can do and some targeted gear runs to fill holes.
If you're a class lead, please look over the 79 and 80 crop and see where you can find potential raiders that need guidance. Feel free to send them to George once they know what they need and he'll help out however he can.
